Us! or to be more specific call Alyson. Alyson and her team look after everyone who wants to call. The number is 01782 574 202. The team are on hand between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. If nobody is available or it’s outside these hours you will be asked to leave a message. We know that everyone hates leaving messages on answering machines, but please leave us your name, mobile number and a tell us what’s up – we’ll fix it as soon as we can! I don’t have WAP set-up on my Phone – what do I do? You can usually get the settings from your network operator. If you are really struggling you can get ours, this is easy if you have a Nokia handset, just send a text with the WIZMOB to 80069 and we’ll send the settings to you. When you use our WAP settings, calls are charged at standard 0870 rates. These charges vary so check with your operator for confirmation. Sometimes, stuff just gets stuck. Every product we sell is reliant on you getting a text message. Text messages are delivered to the networks immediately, but, they sometimes get delayed and very rarely can go missing. It can take up to 12 hours, if you still haven’t received your message after waiting then give us a call. If you are feeling impatient, give us a call anyway and we’ll sort out where your order is. Our number is 01782 574 202. I received a download message but I can’t find it, where is it? You need a download message to get your game from our servers, this is easier than it sounds, honest. When you open the message it tells your phone where to go and get the download from. This is no good if you can’t find the message though. This is where it will be: Nokia 7650,3650, 6600, N-Gage – Your SMS message inbox Give Alyson a call if you get stuck, we’ll get it sorted for you! I’ve Downloaded My Ringtone but I can’t find it anywhere – where is it? Firstly, you did press save didn’t you? If you didn’t - get on the phone to us and Alyson will get a new one. If you did save it, Your game will be saved in either your Games, Java Games or Applications folder. This is standard on pretty much all handsets. If you do get stuck, give Alyson a call, she’ll talk you through. I keep getting a nasty error message, it says "File Format Not Found/Invalid File", how do I fix it? This is because the game cannot be downloaded through your current WAP settings. Nokia owners can send an SMS with the word WIZMOB to 80069 - settings will be sent automatically. If you then go to MENU, then SERVICES and then SERVICE INBOX you will find the link to download your game. If you have a different handset, or this still doesn’t work, pick up the phone and give Alyson a call. We guarantee she can fix it! I keep getting a nasty error message, it says "Data Bearer Not Available/Check IP address" how do I fix it? This means that WAP is not set up on your mobile. You need to do this so that the phone can connect to our servers and get the file. You can usually get the settings from your network operator. If you are really struggling you can get ours, this is easy if you have a Nokia handset, just click on the Coolfinger WAP settings link to the left of the screen, alternatively send a text with the word WIZMOB to 80069 and we’ll send the settings to you. I keep getting a nasty error message, it says "Unable to Run Application" how do I fix it? Without getting all technical, this means that the phone has become unstable when downloading your game. If you turn off the phone, remove the battery and then turn the phone back on. This will sort out the problem. If this doesn’t, call us and we’ll look at the other options, don’t panic, we have tested and approved everything so there will be a simple explaination for the problem. I have been receiving MMS and SMS updates on your products, I don’t want them anymore, how can I stop it? We send you these updates for free, but we understand that you might not want them. Send the word NO to 80009 by SMS. You’ll be removed permanently from any updates that are sent. If you want to receive Updates or just want to join our update list, send INFO to 80009, it’s free and we occasionally send cool offers exclusively to our updated customers. I can’t find the help I need on here – what do I do? You pick up the phone and Alyson will come to the rescue, easy. You’ve done something to upset me, I’m really miffed and I want to tell someone about it – who do I tell? We’d be pretty upset if we’d upset you, but, occasionally we make mistakes – everyone does. Don’t sit there and stew though it won’t do anyone any good, if you don’t tell us we can’t fix it and if we’ve made a mistake, we’ll go out of our way to make it better. First thing to do is call Alyson and have a chat about the problem, we are sure you’ll put the phone down feeling much happier because your problem will have been sorted. In the unlikely event that you don’t feel any happier you can write to us at: I’m Angry with you We’ve never had any letters, but if we do see one addressed like that, it will be the first thing we look at. There are also some governing bodies that ensure we only do things that are in your interests, trade fairly and generally look after you.
